Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I expect on the first visit?
We consider your first visit to one of our centers the most important of all. This is when we will gather necessary information to create a care plan strategy that suits your and your families’ needs.
At your first appointment, you will experience the following:
- Warm welcome from our Care Coordinator team
- Review of your personal health history
- Set of digital x-rays (if applicable)
- Consultation with Dr. Pete to discuss patient needs and potential care plan options
- Set up of Redeem’s patient communication and scheduling application (for smartphone users)
How much will chiropractic care cost at Redeem Health?
The cost of your personalized care plan will be determined during your new patient consultation, factoring in your x-rays, the doctor’s findings, recommendations, and your individual health goals. Our doctors will work closely with you to design a plan that meets both your financial and health needs.
At Redeem Health, we aim to transition all our patients to our monthly wellness plans, which are created to make chiropractic care both affordable and accessible. Plus, we offer financial flexibility with no long-term commitments through our monthly plans.
Do you accept health insurance?
Redeem Chiropractic is a cash practice; therefore, we do not accept insurance. At our office, we focus on proactive, root-cause health solutions—not just short-term symptom management. Traditional insurance is primarily designed for acute care, covering treatments that often rely on medication and surgery rather than long-term wellness and prevention. Unfortunately, most policies don’t support holistic approaches that help maintain and optimize health.
By operating outside the constraints of insurance, we keep costs lower and make high-quality care more accessible for individuals and families. We’re happy to provide the necessary paperwork for you to submit claims directly if your policy offers reimbursement. We also accept HSA and FSA payments, and are always open to discussing financial options that work for you. Our priority is serving you with exceptional, affordable care.
Do you accept HSA or FSA as payment?
Yes! We accept most all Health Savings (HSA) Accounts and Flexible Spending (FSA) Accounts.
What if I am interested in chiropractic care but am not able to cover the cost upfront?
Our team is here to support you and has several options that we would be more than happy to discuss with you at your first appointment! We offer Care Credit, which allows you to pay for your chiropractic care over time. Not only this, but we have several options to pay split up payments into weekly installments to better accommodate our patients.
Can I be adjusted if I am pregnant or think that I may be pregnant?
Absolutely! Chiropractic care is not only safe during pregnancy but it can also reduce pain in back, hips, and joints, reduces overall stiffness and controls symptoms of nausea. We have special accommodations ready for our soon-to-be mothers to ensure a comfortable and safe adjustment, every time.
Is it safe for my children (18 and under) to be adjusted?
Yes, children can and should be adjusted! Helping your child maintain a healthy nervous system will help keep their bodies functioning effectively and reduce the “sick doctor” visits substantially.
During infancy and early childhood (0-10), chiropractic can help with tongue ties, ear infections, digestive problems, and even colic.
During pre-teen and teenage years (11-18), chiropractic can help balance hormones, reduce allergies, prevent serious sinus problems, and balance hormone-related mood swings.
During young adult years (18+), chiropractic can help support good mental health, prevent athletic injuries, help maintain positive outlooks on the future, and support healthy nervous and immune function.
How long will my visit last?
Your New Patient Consult (first visit) will last around an hour – please allot more time if you are visiting with other member(s) of your family. Our aim is to provide you with the most effective and efficient care possible! From here, a typical adjustment for a Recovery or Wellness visit will be around 15 to 20 minutes.
